These terms and conditions apply to the Use of this Website and are the terms and conditions on which We will supply any of the products to you and by proceeding further and/or placing an order, You agree to be bound by these terms and Conditions. If You do not agree to be bound by them, You should leave this Website now. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and or contributors of content.
Please note that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, You will not be able to order any Products from the Website.
The terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions are applicable to the purchase of Products offered for sale through this Website and the equivalent terms and conditions for sale through Instagram.
When using this Website, You accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact or update you via email and provide you with information or updates by posting notices on the Website. If we need to contact you regarding your order and are unable to get through to you via email, please kindly note we will contact you via telephone via the contact number you have provided or via Instagram via the username you have provided.
For contractual purposes, You agree to this electronic means of communication and You acknowledge that all orders, contracts, notices, information and other communications that We provide to You electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect Your statutory rights.
Enquiries
Contact Us if You have any questions or queries relating to these Conditions or ordering the Products generally by referring to the contact us page. Our team is available Monday - Sunday. Monday - Friday 8am- 8pm and weekends 8am- 6pm for all enquiries.
If your enquiry is related to a general query, Please allow 72 business hours for us to respond to your enquiry and please note the email response will be in English.
Changes
We reserve the right to change or update these terms and conditions without notice to You. Changes will apply to any subsequent Orders received. It is Your responsibility to check regularly to see if any changes have been made to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this Website at any time without liability to You.
Placing an Order
You must not order Products via this Website if You are younger than 16 years of age.
Order acceptance
All Orders are subject to acceptance by Us and are subject to availability of product.
After placing an Order, You will receive an email from Us acknowledging that we have received Your Order.
Please note that this does not mean that Your Order has been accepted.
Your Order constitutes an offer to Us to buy a Product. All Orders are subject to acceptance by Us. If an order is placed and we need to cancel it due to item / product / colour of outfit or size being out of stock, we will notify you and we will confirm such acceptance by sending You an email that confirm that the order has been cancelled along with a refund. Every effort is made to ensure that product availability is updated. If your order / product is shipped, you will notified that the Product has been shipped / dispatched. If for any reason you are not notified of shipping please feel free to contact us for an update.
The order contract between Us will only be formed when We send You the shipped / dispatch confirmation/ notice. Where, in our understanding or judgment, we believe that there is an error or an issue with your order prior to dispatch, we will be entitled to cancel Your Order and refund Your payment.
Product/ style / description and availability
We take all reasonable and accurate measures to ensure that product description, details, sizing, measurements and product descriptions of products/ styles given on this Website are as accurate and complete as possible but there may be variations between these and the Products themselves. All styles/ products are subject to availability. In the event, or circumstances a product or style is unavailable they will be cancelled from Your Order prior to dispatch and You will receive a cancellation confirmation and refund.
Price
Prices for all products / styles are listed on the website. Please note prices are subject to change without notice, we reserve the right to modify, update or change these. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a product or style.
We reserve the right to change / amend/ delete/ modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our website. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor any changes to our site periodically.
Mirror work
Many of our mirror work styles/ products /items have mirror work applied by hand during manufacturing and therefore fragile in their usage. From time to time mirrors may become displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work.
Colours
We have made every effort to try and capture the colour of the product / style / outfit but due to the camera quality and lighting variations, the colour may vary.
Content
All website content as well as social media content on our pages including product information, descriptions, images, is ours and may update / amend / change from time to time. We reserve the right to change or update / remove any descriptions/ information / images / content any time. You acknowledge and agree to these terms.
White / light colour products / styles / outfits
Every effort is made to ensure light colour outfits are manufactured to a high standard. On the rate occasion, white or light colour products may have marks. This part of manufacturing is not something we can control however feedback is given.
Dupatta
The dupatta/ style / product details/ description
Dupatta borders / embroidery / beads / finishing may vary
Sizing
The sizing guide can be viewed on the guide. If in between sizing, we recommend to size up to a bigger size. However if you require any support prior to ordering with regards to sizing please feel free to contact us via email or DM via Instagram.
Delivery Locations / parcel / order locations
We are not liable or responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for by the courier delivery service. If you are not in, when your order is out for delivery and your parcel is delivered to a secure location ie neighbour address, porch, you are responsible for obtaining your order. Our courier services are unable to deliver to airports, hospitals, po boxes and prisons. We will also at our discretion exclude delivery to any addresses which are considered to be insecure.
U.K. Delivery Services
Standard U.K. delivery: free for all U.K. orders. We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard delivery orders within 5 working days from dispatch Monday - Saturday.
Please note during seasonal periods / and or busy periods there could be delays in delivery. We offer a variety of delivery options but We shall have no liability for any delivery delay or failure to deliver the order/ Product if the delay or failure is wholly or partially caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
When placing an Order please bear in mind, We are unable to deliver on U.K. Bank Holidays or public holidays / and or Sundays and Orders placed on those days, or at busy periods may take longer to deliver.
U.K. express delivery is £7 - £10 and delivery ranges 1-2 working days via Evri, DX, FedEx, 2 days of placing Your Order (excluding Public/Bank Holidays and Sundays).
U.K. Express delivery options is not available to the following locations:
- Isle of Wight,
- Isle of Man,
- Northern Ireland
- The Scottish Highlands and Islands
U.K. Saturday next day delivery is via Royal mail special delivery and is £15
International Delivery Services
Standard International shipping ranges between 5-7 working days on average depending on the country from date of dispatch.
Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation.
Failed delivery
If after three delivery attempts for U.K., your order is not delivered, the order / parcel will be returned back to us. You will be liable / responsible to pay for delivery charge for second dispatch. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with delivery updates.
If after two delivery attempts for International, your order is not delivered, the order / parcel will be returned back to us. You will be liable / responsible to pay for second dispatch shipping charge. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with delivery updates.
Orders / parcels / Recipients of deliveries made outside the UK may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry fees.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the Products reach the destination country and these charges are Your responsibility and must be paid by you/ the customer / recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot tell You what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
In addition, some countries have import restrictions on certain Products or materials. As such, You are responsible for determining whether there are any restrictions on delivery of Our Products to Your selected destination. You can contact Your local customs office for further assistance or help regarding these queries or matters. Delivery may be delayed by local customs because of this but this is out of Our control. We / us are not held responsible or liable for any delays due to courier service or customs.
Damaged parcel
If in the unfortunate/ rare occasion / circumstances you feel the parcel is damaged from outer packaging / please kindly refuse the delivery from courier service and ask / request / advise them to return the parcel back to us.
Lost Parcels
If You paid for your delivery by a certain date or time and it does not arrive by that date, let us know and We will begin Our missing parcels investigation/ process / procedure.
If You paid for standard delivery and Your Order fails to arrive within 10 days (UK only) and 20 days (International) from dispatch and You notify Us. We will investigate your claim with the courier service and if We are satisfied with proof of loss of parcel / proof of that the non arrival of the Product(s) / order and the claim is processed by the courier service, the refund will be credited to the payment method which was Used to place the Order.
Refuse order
Please note that We may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that are considered to be insecure. In this event You will be contacted by Our Customer Services Team and asked to provide an alternative delivery location for future Orders.
Prohibited use
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using the site and / or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to violate any terms, regulations, international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (c) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (d) to infringe upon or violate / and or our / us content/ intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to upset, harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website; (g) to submit any incorrect / false or misleading information; et; (h) to collect/ the personal information of others; and / or we reserve the right to terminate / cancel your use of website / order for violating any of the prohibited uses.
Errors
Occasionally there may be grammatical/ technical/ human error / inaccuracies relating to outfit / style / product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and stock / styles/ product availability. We reserve the right to correct / amend / change / update any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation.
Outfit/ product hand work / finish
Styles/ products / outfits with hand stone work/ hand embroidery/ mirror work / hand embellishments/ hand appliqué, some of these may be displaced / fall off / be missing will be acceptable and not deemed faulty. This is the nature of hand work.
Pre orders
We reserve the right to withdraw/ cancel a pre order subject to availability. Pre orders are only valid for selected seasonal styles / products / outfits.
Dispatches
All dispatches are completed Monday - Friday.
Your account / marketing alerts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password chosen by you when you register on the Website and for restricting access to Your computer and/or email address to prevent unauthorised access to Your account. If you wish to opt out / unsubscribe from mailing / promotions / collections updates / marketing / you have the option to unsubscribe.
General Indemnity
You agree to the terms and conditions and indemnify Us fully from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of any breach of these Conditions by You or any other liability arising out of Your use of this Website or out of of this Website by any person / customer/ user/ using Your account number and/or password.
Our Liability
We warrant to You that any Product purchased from Us through the Website is of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose for which Products of the kind are commonly supplied and in conformity with the Contract.
Our liability for losses in the unforeseen event out of our control, if You suffer as a result of Us breaching this Contract is strictly and solely limited to the purchase price of the Product / style/ order You purchased.
To the fullest extent possible and except for the warranty set out above, We disclaim any and all warranties of any kind (whether expressed or implied) in relation to the Products
We will not be liable to You in Contract, tort, or otherwise for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of opportunity, loss of data or any other indirect or economic losses whatsoever suffered or incurred by You arising out of the subject of these terms and conditions. Please note this shall not affect Your statutory rights and You may obtain further information about Your statutory rights by contacting Your local authority.

Events outside of our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any external event by courier / delivery services / and or disruptions due to strikes/ industrial action/ public holidays
Correct delivery/ correct order information
It is your responsibility and you are liable to ensure that all billing and delivery information is correct as well as ensuring all order information is correct. Failure to do so may result in your order not being processed.
Disclaimer of warranties
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products / styles/ outfits or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products / styles or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product / style / outfit at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
